2. Eat heavy meals six times a day. Heavy meals during breakfast and lunch will help you gain weight quickly. As you can see food is one of the solutions in gaining weight that a person cannot really resist. This is a human pleasure that can affect our body in two ways. It can either make you gain weight or lose weight. For this reason, we do have to choose carefully and wisely the food that we are going to eat. In this case, it is recommended to eat high carbohydrate diet and eat within regular three-hour intervals.

3. Drink plenty of water. Water is one of the primary needs to live. It is important to maintain hydration in our body. With the presence of enough fluids in the body, it can flush out the waste and toxins away. Therefore, it helps to maintain the cleanliness of our internal organs and systems inside the body. Moreover, it can help to boost our stamina that will protect us from illness and diseases that can render our body to deteriorate.

4. Take plenty of sleep. Sleeping is very important in gaining weight. The more you let your body to rest, the more you regain energy. And this energy will sustain you to developed muscles by doing work outs. However, it must be emphasized that gaining your muscles are not obtained during workout session. It is obtained when you go to sleep and take time for the muscles to build and repair damaged tissues.

5. Never quit, just maintain. Never ever quit. It is normal to fail in some routines. It is also inevitable to cheat on your diet. It is understandable for those who are yet beginning to develop a habit. However, if you are really serious in gaining weight and want to maintain your health then you have to discipline yourself. I know that can be hard for a beginner like you but later on as you continue to practice the gaining weight program your body will adjust.
